Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn beads or jewelry in their original branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
